1. 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all return conditions mentioned below.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, boxes, pouches, and accessories are intact.

  • The jewellery shows no signs of wear, damage, scratches, alteration, or misuse.

  • The item received is different from what was ordered or is damaged during transit.

3. Mandatory Reporting Within 24 Hours

In case you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • Missing items from your order

You must notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate the process, please:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or Phone Call.

  • Share clear images and an unboxing video of the product and packaging.

  • Provide your Order ID and delivery details.

Failure to report such issues within 24 hours may result in the request being declined.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product tags have been removed.

  • Jewellery has been worn or used.

  • Product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

  • Item has been altered, resized, repaired, or modified.

  • Return request is raised after the 7-day return period.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Product Images

Step 2

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Step 3

Once approved, the product must be securely packed and shipped back to us.

Step 4

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined above.
